{"id":655,"date":"2017-07-31T18:18:41","date_gmt":"2017-07-31T17:18:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mbcapital.co\/?p=655\/"},"modified":"2017-07-31T18:20:07","modified_gmt":"2017-07-31T17:20:07","slug":"residence-fleuri-bois-grand-opening","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mbcapital.co\/en\/residence-fleuri-bois-grand-opening\/","title":{"rendered":"Residence Fleuri-Bois grand opening"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>On March 22<sup>nd<\/sup> 2017, after more than a year of construction and preparation, \u201cResidence Fleuri-Bois\u201d welcomed its first residents in its brand new facility located at 2020 Thomas-Evans street in Fleurimont (Sherbrooke, Qc, Canada).<\/h3>\n<p>After a call for tenders with CIUSSS de l\u2019Estrie CHUS in December 2015, MB Capital, together with Residence Haut-Bois and its Director, Gina B\u00e9langer, were awarded a new RNI contract (Non-Institutional Resource) to accommodate 60 new residents, 50 with cognitive impairment and 10 with physical disabilities.<\/p>\n<p>Knowing the need of the Eastern Township region, MB Capital and Ms. B\u00e9langer decided to build an 85-rooms facility. Combining the 85 rooms of Residence Fleuri-Bois with the 92 rooms of Residence Haut-Bois, the group now offers 177 rooms for the Eastern township residents.
