Founded in 1991, MagBrooke has about 20 employees and is primarily recognized for its quality products and outstanding service.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With this change of hands, the investor group not only hopes to preserve jobs and the head office in the Eastern Townships, but also aspires to see company growth and development.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Luc Denis, a long-standing employee, will take on a dual role as shareholder and newly appointed general manager of MagBrooke.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For nearly 30 years, MB Capital has been financially involved in supporting SMEs in Quebec and the American Midwest by providing them with the necessary resources to achieve sustained and profitable growth.
