MB Capital sell its participation in Métaux Solutions Inc.

On July 20, 2016, MB Capital sold its participation in Métaux Solutions to Mr. Jean-François Tanguay, who was a minority shareholder of the company.

After a seven year partnership, Mr. Jean-François Tanguay proposed to MB Capital the complete redemption of their shares. In doing so, Mr. Tanguay is now the sole owner of the company.

“It is a dream come true for me to solely own my company,” says M. Tanguay. “Métaux Solutions was founded by my father, M. Robert Tanguay, and I have been working there from the very beginning.”
